Juno Academy (2015)
In the context of a densely built urban fabric, the design of Juno Academy began by aligning the building mass as close as possible to the street boundary, establishing a strong and symbolic presence along the main road.
A portion of the central mass was carved out and shifted upward, creating open-air terraces on the mid and top floors while simultaneously articulating a distinctive formal identity.
The 5-meter cantilevered volume extends boldly over the street, fostering a visual and spatial dialogue with the city and offering pedestrians a heightened sense of recognition and dynamic formal expression.
준오 아카데미 (2015)
밀도 높은 도시 맥락 속에서 아카데미의 상징성 있는 존재감을 도로변에 밀착하여 기본적인 디자인을 시작하였다. 중간 매스 일부를 상부로 비워냄으로써, 중간층과 최상층에 외부에 열린 테라스를 형성함과 동시에 외형적 상징성을 추구하였다. 5M 이상 돌출된 캔틸레버 하부 공간은 도시와의 시각적·공간적 연결을 유도하며, 보행자에게 인지성과 역동적인 조형미를 전달한다.
