The construction site of C project.
Irregular site conditions and regulatory constraints were approached not as mere limitations, but as generative forces for design. The lower levels are shaped by an organic form that weaves through the site’s context, establishing a distinct sense of place, while the upper volumes align with the urban order and express a contemporary architectural identity through restrained and well-balanced proportions.
이형적 대지의 물리적 한계와 법규적 규제를 단순한 제약이 아닌 디자인을 이끌어가는 동력으로 삼아, 저층부에는 대지의 맥락을 관통하는 유기적 디자인으로 고유한 장소성을 부여하였고, 상층부는 도시의 질서에 순응하면서도 절제된 비례미를 통해 현대 건축의 정체성을 드러내고자 하였다.
