In order to avoid feeling overwhelmed by the surrounding dense forests and natural environments, 92% of the buildings were inserted into the land and nature was restored to cover the land. Architectural objects with various functions have unique identities in nature, melt into the environment, and are closely intertwined and harmonized.

In the process of reinterpretation and relocation of functions, the space combines into five levels with a 28.8m high and low difference, which is linked to a sequence of movements and functions. The GL.355-level putting green and start house, GL.358-level swimming pool and terrace dining area, GL.366-level main entrances and parking spaces, GL.373-level lakes and multi-purpose banquet spaces, and finally GL.378-level observatory decks were inserted into steep slopes. The clubhouse proposed a space as a "restable place" to prioritize the view of nature over the course, reflecting various new lifestyle leisure programs such as golf, sauna, swimming, tennis, walking, ice skating and cross-country skiing as well as just a golf clubhouse function.

Beyond its previous appearance and interior-oriented approach, the clubhouse was meaningful in understanding and reinterpreting complex programs, including complex leisure activities and functions as a place for more than 200 employees to work, to create new functions and possibilities.
