Ananti Penthouse Seoul shapes the arrival at a forest resort as a sequence of enclosure and opening. A wooded drive and solid walls lead to a sky-lit drop-off, before an enclosed interior gives way to a glazed hall overlooking the landscape. Terraced villas follow the slopes, while repeated cement-block surfaces connect the exterior and interior spaces.
Ananti Penthouse Seoul proposed a new lifestyle and planned to give customers unexpected experience and unexpectedness even in the sequence of entering the complex as they climbed into the complex, so that the experience at the complex could remain a memory for a long time. Customers enter the forested roadway along the outer road, experience a solid wall, and pass through the gate to reach a flat, wide drop zone space with only overhead sky view. It is cut off from nature except the sky and passes through a calm interior space to reach the hall of a clear glass box at the square level through the elevator. In front of customers' eyes, the mass divided to conform to the forest, sky, and nature, and terrace house villas with less sense of incompatibility with nature will be laid out naturally on the four sides.
As you move along the driveway of the complex, you will encounter a high retaining wall. The finish of the retaining wall consists of an established building member called U-type cement block, and the horizontal lines created by the stacked blocks reinterpret the feeling of the fortress wall in modern architectural vocabulary. In addition, the same material was used to make the interior space continuous with the exterior by using U-shaped cement blocks for every major space where the eyes are stopped or directed even inside the building.
