The clubhouse is situated atop a coastal cliff, with its massing segmented and arranged to ensure that each programmatic element secures optimal ocean views. Public areas are organized linearly along the elongated floor plan, following a horizontal spatial flow that enhances visual connectivity with the sea. Viewed from the projecting cliff edge, the clubhouse is designed so that its skyline harm.

해안 절벽 지형 위에 클럽하우스를 배치하고, 각 프로그램이 최적의 조망 조건을 확보할 수 있도록 매스를 분절하여 배치하였다. 공용부는 길게 펼쳐진 평면 내 수평적 흐름을 따라 연속적으로 구성되었으며, 조망 방향에 따라 바다와의 시각적 연계를 극대화하였다. 돌출된 절벽 위에서 바라본 클럽하우스는 스카이라인이 지형과 조화를 이뤄, 하나의 건축적 풍경으로 인식되도록 디자인하였다.
